Today

Nora ate great today, but now after two days of not, she puked a couple times today. (?????????) She has a routine cardiology appointment dark and early tomorrow for an echo / EKG. I’m interested to know if they will have any input on this supposed virus. Please say a prayer that all goes well for this visit, specifically evidence of healing!

Here is a big, big girl doing physical therapy this morning in her red Tumbleform chair. She really knows how to hold her sweet fuzzy head up! Gavin thinks she looks like she’s about to ride on Firehawk (roller coaster).

Would anyone care for some bite-size knee muffins?

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

  1. Cute pics as always. :). Will pray for a good appointment tomorrow!

Her chair does look a bit like a roller coaster. Looks like she’s ready to go! No Firehawk though, missy. ๐Ÿ™‚ I do know of that ride and know that I have no intentions of riding it. Except my 8 year old gets braver each year and last time rode the Diamondback…yikes.

  2. Praying for the cardio appointment.
Have you checked if the rice cereal is gluten free?.
Lovely pics. Want to eat those chubby legs ๐Ÿ™‚
    Muuaahhh ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I WILL SAY EXTRA LONG PRAYERS TONIGHT FOR NORA’S EKG TOMORROW. I AM PRAYING SO HARD FOR HEALING FOR THE SWEETEST LITTLE GIRL I KNOW. I DO BELIEVE GOD HAS A LOT OF PLANS FOR NORA ROSE, TO JUST LEAD PEOPLE TO HIM (THROUGH HER MOMMY, OF COURSE) HIS “LITTLE PROPHET”. I LOVE HOW SHE CAN SIT UP SO STRAIGHT IN HER BIG RED CHAIR. SHE SEEMS TO BE GETTING STRONGER AND STRONGER. THOSE LITTLE KNEES ARE SOOOOO CUTE. I LOVE HER LITTLE CHUBBY ARMS AND LEGS. I JUST LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT HER. PRAISE GOD FOR HIS GOODNESS. GET A VERY GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP, AND HAVE A REALLY GOOD DAY TOMORROW. LOVE YOU ALL. GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS.

  4. I have to say this does not sound like a virus–this sounds like a GI issue. I am a mom to a kid with complex GI problems and cardiac issues….

  5. Great to hear she is doing so well…I personally think the tummy issue is the lingering side effect of some virus..give her time. She’s getting so big and beautiful..love the muffin knees!

  6. She is so cute! I have never posted before but have followed you since your 3D ultrasound. I am a mommy of 3 beautiful children as well. I hope Nora’s apt goes well and I hope that her belly issues go away soon. Although as long as they are lasting it doesn’t seem like a virus. Hopefully you will get answers soon.

  7. It’s been a while since I’ve commented, but this sounds a lot like when our son developed a sensitivity to milk/milk products for a while. He had been sick and on hunger strike, and then all of the sudden we started having diaper/puke issues. The doctor said it was the formula and we switched to soy. That lasted about 4 months, and then his body didn’t like soy anymore and we got to go back to milk. Good luck…..

  8. Praying for a great doctor’s appointment for Nora! She is tooooo cute is such an understatement. Love, Hugs, Prayers, and Peace to you all today.

  9. ANGELA, I JUST WATCHED THE VIDEO, AND HAD TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I LOVE IT, AND IT IS PERFECT FOR ALEISA AND NORA. THE WORDS COULD NOT BE MORE PERFECT. THANK YOU FOR POSTING IT SO WE COULD ALL ENJOY IT.

  10. Aleisa: I have a photo of 3 birds that made me think of you and Nora. Can you send me your email address so that I can email it to you? Prayers going up!! Blessing coming down!
