Nora – 67 Days Old

Today I ventured out for the first time on my own, just Nora and I. Nora did amazingly well with only a few intervals of fusses. We went to my sister Emily’s bridal shower / Babypalooza. There were three other baby boys there all about Nora’s age — give or take a few weeks. I think they all had their eye on this gorgeous little miss!

Three Little Birds!!

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. (1 John 4:18 ESV)

  1. OH MY GOODNESS!!! THE PICTURES JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. I LOOOOVE THE PICTURE OF LITTLE MISS NORA AND MOMMY. THE ONE WHERE SHE FOUND HER MOMMY. THAT IS JUST TOO ADORABLE. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH NORA SEEMS TO GROW FROM WEEK TO WEEK. YOU AND YOUR SISTER LOOKS SOOOOOO MUCH ALIKE. BEAUTIFUL LADIES!! I SO LIKE THE ONE OF NORA SHOWING OFF HOW GORGEOUS SHE LOOKS IN HER PARTY CLOTHES. AND THE ONE OF NORA AND HER COUSIN IS SOOO CUTE. YOU ALSO LOOK PRETTY IN YOUR PARTY CLOTHES. THE “THREE LITTLE BIRDS” IS JUST RIGHT FOR YOUR HOME. IT IS AMAZING HOW 3 BIRDS JUST KEEP SHOWING UP SAYING “EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT”. SO GLAD I STAYED UP WAITING FOR MY “NORA FIX” FOR THE DAY. I CAN GO TO BED WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE AND THANKING GOD FOR WATCHING OVER NORA AND HER WONDERFUL FAMILY. OUR GOD IS SO GOOD!!!!!! WELL IT IS BED TIME, SO I WILL SAY “GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS”. HOPE YOU, WILLIAM, AND LITTLE NORA SLEEPS GOOD TONIGHT. LOVE TO ALL!!

  2. Omg could she be any cuter?! I love that outfit!!! & ur looking beautiful too!! So glad miss nora is doing so well!!! My boys are so sweet they pray for “baby nora” every night and love reading her blog updates everynight before bed!!

  3. Every day, I read your blog. You have challenged me in so many ways. Your faith is so solid. I am a doctor. Before I read your story, I would have given advice to my patients that babies with T18 would be so unlikely to survive. I have read wth such great pleasure of how wrong I was. Nora had added much to your lives and to mine. I even have my dughter hooked on your story.

  6. Gracie told me on the way home that while it was just she and Nora in the living room for a moment, that “Nora was trying to tell her something”. So sweet!! Gracie is in love with her baby cousin! She was so good at the shower and looked so stinking adorable in her little outfit!

  7. That outfit is one of the cutest I have ever seen! She is one photogenic little lady and keeps getting cuter by the second!!
