Nora – SIX WEEKS OLD!!

Nora’s pediatrician appointment went very well this morning but for the torrential rain outside! She’s below the 5th percentile on the growth curve, but she’s moving right along at the right growth rate. Nora weighed in today at {drum roll} 5 lbs. 15 oz!!!!! (wild applause)

She has been overloaded with kisses today, just as she is every day.

So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith. (Galatians 3:26 NIV)

  1. Now that I have read such a good report = it is time for bed. So glad for the growth of Nora Grace – and will continue to keep all in prayer – Grow Miss Nora Grace – grow….

  2. WAY TO GO NORA. YOU ARE DOING SO GOOD. PRAISE THE LORD FOR HIS GOODNESS. ALEISA I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE GOOD NEWS. YEA!!!!!!!!!! 1:00 A.M. EVERYONE ASLEEP HERE, SO GUESS SINCE I GOT GOOD NEWS, I AM OFF THE BED. HOPE YOU ALL GET SOME REST TONIGHT. GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS. LOOKS LIKE LITTLE NORA IS A TIRED LITTLE GIRL.

  3. I could tell from her pictures that she has been growing 🙂 She also is starting to “look” like an older baby and losing a bit of the newborn look–which for me was always a bittersweet thing–the newborn stage is so short!

  4. Happy 6 week Birthday to sweet little Nora! I’m amazed at this little darling but I am also amazed that you take the time to share her (your) story with the rest of us. Thank you 🙂
Prayers continue for little Nora and for her family.

    • I hope this blog goes on forever. My day doesn’t start until I check in on your precious Nora Rose. Your family, especially Nora Rose, are constant in my prayers. Thank you for sharing!!

  5. what an amazing little girl, little gift — Write a children’s book titled:
God’s little miracle gift: go Nora go, grow Nora grow!

  6. I can see that Nora has grown. I’ve been watching her fill out, her little legs and arms rounding. I’ so happy she’s doing so well!
Nora, I hope you can feel the love flowing to you from me, and from all the others out here in the world who send it to you every day.

  7. I’m not exactly sure how I ended up here–a click here, a click there and I ended up on your blog yesterday. However, I don’t believe in coincidences–only “God-Incidences.” I ended up here for a reason….to pray for you and your family. Nora Rose has touched my heart, as has your honesty and faith. I haven’t read a blog in years–but I have just added yours to my favorites and will check in daily. Hugs and prayers….

  8. I love reading about your journey! Good Job little Miss Nora Rose. 😉
